Innovative educational project
The student is the center of our educational project. We make active and participatory classes focusing on the student to make the most of their educational experience in an innovative way. Incorporating those improvements, changes and opportunities in the teaching methodology to adapt to each generation, so that the student does not lose interest in their training and become a competent and committed professional. Thus, URL's teaching innovation is synonymous with updating, learning and student-centered educational project to improve teaching quality adapted to the context of each moment.
Our institutions share best practices with the same objective; continuous improvement in student-centered learning. The educational projects of the Ramon Llull University centers use methodologies that encourage and enrich teaching and learning. Beyond technology, our role as educators remains essential to transmit critical thinking, creativity and humanity.

ACADEMIC TEACHING METHODOLOGIES
The educational projects of the institutions that make up the URL use different methodologies to train professionals and people in a comprehensive and diverse way with a vocation of return to society.
The 360º methodology includes all the agents involved in university education (students, tutoring faculty, professionals). Focused on the constant accompaniment and guidance to the student, it maintains contact with professionals in each field.
- Service Learning
APS is a teaching and research proposal that integrates community service and academic learning in a single project, which allows students to be trained by working on the basis of real needs of the environment in order to improve it. - Networking by establishing alliances
We work in a network that fosters collaboration between students and organizations, seeking relationships and collaborations to achieve common goals. This allows internalizing the necessary skills for teamwork such as critical thinking, co-responsibility and social skills, as well as sharing knowledge and experiences to solve challenges together. At the same time, it fosters connections between institutions, sector professionals and other stakeholders to share resources, experiences and knowledge. - Intergenerational work
This methodology is based on the interaction and collaboration of people of different ages. It fosters respect, understanding and solidarity between different generations while enriching the way of learning and the transmission of knowledge. - Interdisciplinary work
In order to achieve deep and multidimensional learning, we encourage work between different disciplines, from the same and different fields, recreating the reality of the working world. The collaboration of diverse areas of knowledge is necessary to address complex problems and issues that require different knowledge, skills and perspectives. - Inverted classes
The student acquires the content of the study materials outside the classroom, before the face-to-face class. In class, they participate in hands-on activities, problem solving or discussions that reinforce what they have already learned. This methodology inverts the traditional learning model, placing the responsibility for learning more directly on the student, allowing for more meaningful interaction in the classroom. - Simulation of real cases
Recreation in the classroom of situations or scenarios that reflect real problems and contexts that the student may encounter in his/her professional practice. The theoretical knowledge acquired by the students allows them to solve concrete problems, make decisions and practice skills in a controlled and safe environment. - New learning context
An educational proposal that aims to renew and update the educational model, based on competency-based learning, the personalization of teaching and the use of technology to improve the quality of learning. Including values and competencies in our training allows students to face the challenges of today's world. - Role-playing
Each student assumes specific roles to participate in fictitious simulations and experience real or hypothetical situations. This tool allows students to apply their knowledge, develop interpersonal skills and solve problems in a practical way.
