Erasmus+

The Erasmus + program encompasses all education, training, youth and sport initiatives and, in terms of education, it covers all levels: school, vocational training, higher education and adult continuing education

 

The European Parliament has approved the Erasmus + program for the period 2014-2020, which entered into force on 1 January 2014. The new Erasmus + program is in line with the Europe 2020 strategy, the Education and Training 2020 strategy and the Rethinking Education strategy and encompasses all education, training, youth and sport initiatives. In educational matters it covers all levels: school, vocational training, higher education and training of adults.

This new program focuses on formal and informal learning beyond the borders of the EU, with a clear vocation of internationalization opening to third countries with the aim of improving the educational and training capacities of people for the employability of students, teachers And workers.

2021-2027 ERASMUS CHARTER

Ramon Llull University has achieved the renewal of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) for the period 2021-2027 with an excellent rating awarded by the European Commission and by external evaluators.

This Charter establishes a general quality framework for the development of European and international collaboration activities through the Erasmus + program.

The granting of the Erasmus Charter is an essential requirement for higher education centers in the Program countries, as it allows them to participate in mobility activities for learning, cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices.
