Ombudsperson

The Ombudsperson

Is in charge of protecting the rights of students, faculty, researchers and administrative and service staff against actions taken by the university’s different bodies and services, as stipulated within the framework of Ramon Llull University’s own Statute.

The Ombudsperson's actions strive to improve university quality at all levels and are not subject to the mandates of any university authority. The office is governed solely by the principles of independence and autonomy.
