Ramon Llull University currently has 13 specialized libraries, 1,418 reading points and 900,704 documents in its bibliographic collection (data for the 2023-2024 academic year), most of which are included in the URL library catalog and can be borrowed through the library of each center.

The TUI (University Smart Card), developed by the Ramon Llull University (URL) in collaboration with Banco Santander, is a personal identification element for students, Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) and Administration and Services Staff (PAS) that offers a wide variety of services inside and outside the university campus

The URL offers its students the possibility to study and live in residences equipped with the most complete services. It also offers, through the Barcelona Centre Universitari, the BCU Housing service to find accommodation in apartments, residences and/or rooms

The aim of URL’s Language Services office is to normalise the use of Catalan within the university setting as part of the European Higher Education Area’s multilingual framework.

Ramon Llull University’s individual centres have various information and orientation services available to students for all aspects of university life.

All Ramon Llull University centres offer career services and job banks for their students and alumni, providing them all the information, guidance and advice they need while at university and upon completing their programmes.

The Document Archive of the Ramon Llull University has the function of keeping and preserving the administrative documents produced by the various units that make up the University, during the development of their administrative, teaching and research activities
