Conference about rights related to the building of the European constitutional culture

This conference, which will take place on Friday, October 11 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., is part of the activities of the Dispute Management Research Group at ESADE Law School (URL) and the group known as “The constitutional bases of Europe: building a common European constitutional culture”, funded by a Jean Monnet Activities grant.

The aim of this conference is to foster a productive dialogue between some of the most highly acclaimed members of the scientific community about building common standards for the protection of fundamental rights in Europe.
