Are the projects being well managed? Could the current crisis have been prevented or could the impact have been less?

We will discuss about current events and trends in project management in the 21st century as well as the possible consequences due to the impact that COVID-19 pandemic is having on society and the global economic-business network.

From a project management perspective, one can ask whether companies and/or society are prepared to adapt to what is coming and to be able to make real changes, or whether everything will be done in a more sustainable way in the immediate future. Legitimate doubts arise about the real advantages of a globalized world and to what extent digitalization can be an alternative to future social and economic development. Finally, we would need to see who would have to lead the changes to come and how.
