Webinar "Designing VUX: Voice User Experiences" with Helen Zipora Creeger

We will look at some differences between VUI and GUI, some VUX (Voice UX) best practices and how to design the Virtual Assistant's Persona. We'll be inspired by some examples and contemplate some ethical topics.

Helen Zipora Creeger is a Freelance UX, Conversation and Service Designer and teacher with over ten years’ experience. She has designed for a range of user profiles and User Interfaces (including Voice User Interface - VUI - and Graphical User Interface - GUI), and for a variety of device types (smart speakers, medical devices, responsive webs, apps...). Some recent projects include collaborating on the re-design of a Spanish Government Agency website used by millions and designing the first Alexa Cooking Skill on the Spanish market.
