Erasmus Estudi

The Erasmus Estudi mobility programme consists of students carrying out a part of their university studies abroad in another European country

Once completed, the foreign university issues a report with the individual student’s marks and a certificate stating that the student has completed the programme agreed on. The student’s original university also officially recognises the courses studied at the other university.

The objectives of the Erasmus Estudi programme are:

  • For students to benefit from an educational, cultural and linguistic point of view as a result of their experience in other countries.
  • Encourage the creation of a community of young students and future professionals with international qualifications and experience.
  • Encourage educational cooperation and enrichment between universities.
  • Facilitate the transfer of credits and the recognition of study abroad programmes though the ECTS credit system or compatible systems.

The duration of this period abroad is a minimum of three months and a maximum of twelve. The economic grants provided are aimed at covering expenses for this mobility programme (food, travel, lodging, etc).
