Esade-URL's Sant Cugat Campus awarded LEED Gold Certification

Friday, January 26, 2024. Esade-URL has been awarded LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council for our Sant Cugat Campus. This is the best-known green building rating system globally and symbolizes international excellence.

Green buildings offer a better quality of life by providing healthier and more comfortable workspaces, in addition to reducing carbon emissions and resource consumption.

Esade-URL's Sant Cugat Campus earned LEED certification by implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, indoor environmental quality, as well as innovation in design, location, and transport. This certification underscores Esade-URL's efforts to adapt our service and supplier management regulations, work processes, and indicator monitoring to create a more sustainable and efficient campus.
