Filing complaints
Any member of the URL university community can use the following form to contact the URL Ombudsperson to present complaints and comments
Any personal data or other information, whether written or oral, which the URL Ombudsman receives from those requesting the office’s intervention as well as any data obtained through its investigations and, in general, included in the respective case are strictly confidential. Only information considered necessary to process these complaints shall be used.
The URL Ombudsman shall not respond to any complaints which have not been previously presented to the appropriate bodies/personnel in the corresponding URL centre. Nor will the office respond to any case whose resolution by these bodies is still pending.
Basic information on personal data protection
Responsible for treatment: Universitat Ramon Llull Fundació. Purpose: to deal with and follow up on complaints, claims, requests for information and mediation submitted to URL Ombudperson. Legitimation: with the consent of the interested person. The interested person may revoke his or her consent at any time. Addressees: will not be communicated to third parties. Rights of interested parties: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition to treatment and request for limitation of treatment by contacting Universitat Ramon Llull Fundació.
