The fair, which is held annually at La Salle Campus Barcelona, consists of different activities that take place on different days and spaces on campus. The main activity, the showroom, located in the Congress Hall, has had the participation of a total of 40 leading companies from different sectors. At this meeting point, companies have had the opportunity to talk with students to explain what the needs of the labor market are and what profiles and skills are most in demand. And for the students, the talks have been a time to connect with representatives of the business sector and to be able to show all their talent and potential.

Throughout the week, various activities have been carried out such as round tables; more than 200 virtual meetings with companies; recordings of up to 12 knowledge capsules made at the UserLab of La Salle-URL; and the showroom, the main activity. The students who have participated have been able to deal directly with the companies and have had the opportunity to show the potential, global skills, knowledge and values that they are acquiring in their training on campus. The activities and workshops have dealt with topics related to employability at a national and international level and the new characteristics of the profiles most in demand by the labor market, among others.
